If you have any questions about our office policies, please call our office during business hours.

Appointments

If you are a new patient, please arrive at our office 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are an existing patient we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

Insurance

We take most major insurances and are a participating provider in numerous dental insurance plane. In addition, we file all insurance claims on behalf of our patients.
